Kurt Bestor, a 2-time Emmy-Award-Winning & Grammy-nominated composer/arranger, is best-known for his haunting anthem "Prayer of the Children" which is sung by thousands of choirs worldwide. However, he is also known for his fresh and innovative arrangements for notable singers such as Andrea Bocelli, Brian Stokes MItchell, Kelly O'Hara among many others, well-known instrumentalists such as voiinists Caroline Campbell and Jenny Oaks Baker as well as Stjepan Hauser of the 2 Cellos. Bestor has also had his music performed by major orchestras worldwide such as the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, the Estonian National Symohony, the Utah Symphony, among many others. He has composed an original ballet "The Secret Garden," two sacred cantatas "The Redeemer" & "Saints on the Seas" as well as numerous symphonic pieces. As a performer, Bestor is best-known for his 35+ years of Christmas shows (A Kurt Bestor Christmas) and many of the arrangements performed have made their way on to his albums and are available in sheet music for solo piano.
